this is PLA @print speed 80mm/s, hotend 195°C , hotbed 60°C with profiles 0.2 and gradual infill

from 20x20x20 mm.

the result is 19.6x19.6x20 mm.

So, I would recommend to print some 'cube' to calibrate scale for your model outcome.
